This is also called as the 1...2....3 ...Agreement and most Indians would have forgotten the fact that it was "PASSED" in the Parliament under a 'WHIP' to the members, which denied an opportunity for the elected representatives to discuss the issue! Perhaps, Indian MPs were unaware of the contents of the Civil-Nuclear Agreement, which the Manmohan Singh UPA Government signed, almost, under duress! Did the Indians elect their leaders for this type of Vote with Mouth shut? Brain Dead? Eyes Closed? Ears Plugged?
